(Earth - Florida - Miami - South Beach - CDO Lt. Victoria Corsica - 1405)

“Good afternoon,” she greeted. “Mind if I join you for a while?”

"It's an open beach." She responded as her unclothed body glistened in the
sun. Her tail slowly drifting to the left and right of her body as the sun
blazed across back.

 She nodded a thanks, and slipped the bag off her shoulder, and pulled out
a towel, which she spread out and then lay down on with a sigh of
contentment, before pulling a water bottle out, and taking a drink from it.
“So, how are you doing? Unwinding at all?”

"Things have been better, things have been worse, I'm glad to be able to
contact my parents." She turned to bring herself into a sitting position on
her beach towel. "As for unwinding, it takes time to decompress, to come to
terms with everything we've been through."

She looked over at  Frost, " You? How are things doing? How are you
unwinding?"

(reply Frost.)
