Mission: A new day dawns

(Earth- Home of Trip and Ashlyn Williams- outback – SOPS/3O Lieutenant
Commander Tyrek Na'Rel-1809)

Tyrek made himself comfortable in a chair outback. Lounging back with a
glass of red wine, a sangiovese-cabernet sauvignon 2432, in his hand. The
captain and his wife had insisted on everyone enjoying themselves. Tyrek,
being new to Terran household customs, decided to partake in the relaxing
mood provided by the host. Typically he would be expected to stand nearly
motionless while he waited for others to arrive and have to greet each one
painstakingly, but the Willams family had a warm and welcoming vibe to
them.

If his family were to see him sitting with his leg crossed over the other
and his back not straight while sitting down they would most likely ask
very adamantly where they went wrong. He could hear more people arriving in
the Williams family home.

“Hey mate” Said the man, stepping outside. It was Commander Alex Jones ,
newly assigned first officer aboard the Exeter.

 “They let us out eventually eh?” The Commander asked.

Tyrek rose to his feet to speak to the Commander. To remain seated would be
an insult to decorum.

" Good Evening Commander Jones and Yes Sir, from the barbarity of the
baseball field to chambers of Starfleet Admiralty to the Texas ranch of our
esteemed captain. Today has certainly been...dare I say interesting Sir."
Tyrek said with a smile.
