"Things have been busy, so I don't have actual friends yet, though Erin
Cortez has offered to teach me archery. There's the monthly academy
baseball game tomorrow. I heard you played in high school. You should come,
sir."

"You know, I just might. I'll just make sure that whenever the game is,
that's when Ronnie takes her nap."

"I was a catcher in high school, but after hitting my growth spurt, well, I
settled in a bit more at first base and right field. More fitting for a
power hitter. Led the league in home runs as a Senior. Though I ended up
wrestling on the Academy team as my sport of choice. Kinda stopped playing
baseball when I left high school. Ended up getting into cage fighting
instead, until I almost died, then I stuck to amateur wrestling, safer that
way."
