Mission: The flames of purity
Day: 16
Stardate: 2445:09:16

(USS Exeter – Bridge – 2O/CEO – Lieutenant Keira Merek – 1303)

"Welcome home Lieutenant. How are you holding up?" Trip asked.

“Shields are at forty percent,” Keira responded, “but holding.” At this point she was beyond pleasantries, speaking in engineering based metaphors was about all that she could do since Ravok was beamed away.

"You don't need to report right back to duty if you don't want to. Take an hour or two to breathe. I know Ravok is banged up. You can be with him if you want.  We'll have a proper debrief later," The Captain said.

“I did see him, walking up the gangway on the planet, that’s what has me…concerned. I would like to go see him. I’ll be there if you need me.” She said then exited the bridge. Ordinarily, she would have been all for another mission, but her heart just wasn’t in it. She had left the bridge before Trip said “Engage.”

(USS Exeter – Sickbay – 2O/CEO – Lieutenant Keira Merek – 1332)

A brief stop off to check on Venus, leaving her knives at home, dropping off the tactical uniform, and a change into a standard one. Then straight to sick bay. She walked in she found the nearest medical professional and asked. “I’m here for Lieutenant Ravok,” she said, “are you accepting any visitors at this time?”

(Reply any Medical, Ravok)
