(Runabout Broken Bow – CFO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams- 1142)



"Stepped awkwardly, old injury, I must havereaggravated it. Lieutenant you are going to have to in my place. I'll handlethings from here."

He watched as Billy hoped over to the console. Helooked like he was in a lot of pain.

~Ow hell. Okay lest do this~

“Okay Billy you stay here, we`ll be back before you know it. Ow anddon`t run off with my ship okay.”

He took the phaser and stood beside. Brown and the Isolinearchip drone.

~If the worst happens at least I saw Greta and she`sokay~

He felt the transporter grip him as the runabout dissolvedaround him.

(Escape Pod Triskelion, Section Alpha – CFO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams – 1145)

Even before he had totally materialized he knew that he was in trouble.There was a searing pain in his shoulder as he was hit and slammed intobulkhead. There was a blur of movement and he half ducked half dropped as anotherfits crunched into the bulk head where his head had been a split second before.

 ~If you don`t get the upper handnow you will die. You need to live for Greta~

He kicked out trying to connect but missed and followed up with a coupleof jabs. He was trying to get his attacker to back off and give him some roomto maneuver but his attacker was cunning and was not falling for it. Ire saw movementbehind his attacker as he came in for a pulverizing blow.

This attacker spasmed and then crumpled to the deck plate. Ire scrambledgroggily to his feet and fired his phaser which was on heavy stun into hisattacker.

“Drone chip him.”

The drone buzzed overhead. There was a soft thunk as it fired a isolinierchip into his attacker. He looked over at Brown and grinned.

“Well that was different.”

(Reply Brown)

“Thank you for saving my hide. He just appeared out of now where.”

(Reply Brown)

“Did you see anyone else?”

(Reply Brown)

“Glad there was two if us or it would have gotten nasty.”

(Reply Brown)

He looked down as his unconscious attacker and tapped his comm badge.

“Ire to Billy we got him.”

(Reply Alexander)

“No he looks like the only one here. Get him back to the Exeter and prepareto tow the pod back so we can off load the Genesis device.”

(Reply Alexander)

He watched as the attacker was transported away and lookedat Brown.

“Let’s out of here.”

(Reply Brown)

“Ire to Billy. Two to come back.”
