(Runabout Broken Bow –Broken Bow EMH – 1108)



"Computer ActivateEMH."

 

The EMH materialized at theback of the room beside the transporter pad.

 

“Please state the nature ofthe medical emergency.”

 

"Blunt force trauma tohead, I'm guessing. Think you can help her."


“Of course.”

 

The EMH pulled out atricorder from a wall mounted Medkit and began scanning his patient. 

 

“Hm blunt force trauma tothe head from the result of an impact. Internal hemorrhaging. A fractured wristand bilateral ankle sprain.”  

 

As the EMH talked to himself he pulled out the hypospray andadministered the drugs that would help reduce the effects of the bleeding inthe brain enough. Pain killers and a further sedative was administered. He washappy that she was stable but would need surgery as soon as the Runaboutarrived with the Exeter. 

 

"Marker buoy ready to deploy sir, our guest is secure but I would

recommend the EMH take a look at him once shes finished with Ensign

Rylee. I've input the data from the tricorder, as much as its lost its

been able to give us a clearer field through the debris; you shouldnt

bump into anything now Lt." 

 

He saw the Lieutenant nod and understood that it was a sign of acknowledgmentof the order. He stepped through the rear hatch into the small corridor beyondand then into the secure room. He looked down at the crumped form of EnsignRyelle. He paused for a moment and then pulled out his tricorder and began toscan her body.

The sharp flat tone emitted from his tricorder. He scanned again and gotthe same result. Ensign Ryelle was dead and from the information on histricorder she had been dead before being transported to the Brocken Bow. 

He certified death and put in into the log before heading back to hisother patient as well as inform the others.
