(USS Exeter – Intelligence Department–Agent -  MCPO – Rebecca Faust- 0835)



Rebecca sat in frontof the console looking at all the date that had been collected from the asteroidbase as well as all the scan information from the two ships that had taken thecrew. 

 

The fact thatthey were now orbiting a planet with a very strange power build up around thearea where Lieutenant Bracken was being held. She had taken the raw data fromthe sensors that were being focused on that area and added this information towhat she had already been collected.

 

Part of her felt restlesswith the need to do something. Data collection and analysis was important butwas not the reason she was an intelligence agent. Her skillset was datacollection by being physically there or remotely and yes analyzing theinformation was part of her remit but only doing that was getting frustrating.She was a field agent and enjoyed being out in the thick of it interacting withher targets having to change plans and thinking fast on her feet when the situationsdictated. 

 

She looked aroundthe department and sighed mentally as she focused back onto her work. She sawthat what eve was happening on the planet was going to happen soon.

 

“We need to getdown there and get her out fast.”
