their replies in

Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express



Day: 2



Stardate: 2445.12.02



(USS Exeter –Observation Lounge – FO Cmdr Ailynn Bracken - 1228)





"Look we have many different pieces of the puzzle, but not a clear picture,
and most of you have been working all night. We don't need to burn you guys
out. Why don't we break for lunch. Take some time to get re energized and a
nap if you need it. We will reconvene at 1330."



“I agree.” Ailynn said. “I’m getting hungry and ratty. There’s too much
that doesn’t make sense.” She continued, aware that her head was starting
to hurt; probably from low blood sugar.



"Whoever we are dealing with, they've gone through great lengths to throw a
lot of red herrings in front of us. Get some rest. Who knows, maybe taking
your eyes off of the big picture will clear up some things. Who knows.
Y'all are dismissed,"



Nodding as she moved to get up, she saw Trip come round the table and he
quietly spoke to her. "Commander, a moment?"



Sitting back down, she nodded, leaning back in her chair, letting out a
deep sigh, her mind already on her next movements.
