EXETERNRPG: New player

Please welcome Tim Callow, who will be playing Heinrich Kruze, a medical
officer. Im still waiting for tony to process his bio on the site, but
since there was no objection from the Illuminar CO to him joining the
exeter, I thought I'd strike while the iron is hot. Or at least quicker
than any possible disinterest
