Family and Background

:

Mother: Aimee Bracken
Father: Mil Nicholae (deceased)
Grew up in and around SFHQ in the shadows of her Paternal grandmother Admiral Emmi Greene, her mother, Surgical Director Captain Aimee Bracken, and her maternal Grandmother, Captain Dale Bracken (SpecOps). From her relationship with her father, the late Commander Mil Nicholae, Ailynn's Mother also brought her up honouring her Bajoran heritage, something that as a child made her uncomfortable; but now she takes in her stride, wears her family jewellery on the appropriate occasions, and tries very hard to understand the words of the prophets. Ailynn grew up around Medical HQ in a family with a verystrong fleet background, but was never pressured to join up, but she had inherited her family's desperate urge to 'see what was over the next hill' Unfortunately, this came at a time of difficulty for the Federation, where exploration was put on a back burner. Ailynn turned her mind to Medicine, and decided to follow in her Mother's footsteps as a surgeon, determined not to just walk in her mother's shadow, and an unswerving devotion to further bring honour to her family name. Ailynn grew up around Medical HQ in a family with a strong fleet background, but was never pressured to join up.

Notes

:

Grumpy before Coffee
Foul temper when hungry.

"This all seems like a waste, I mean everything, maybe even rebuilding the federation.” Kaz wasn’t actually talking to anyone just thinking out loud. “All this death, these people are suffering and can we even make a difference by being here.”, Kaz generally didn’t have such a negative outlook on things but the last few months had been taxing and he had started to second guess all his life choices.
