Victoria stands 5 foot 7 top of the head or 5 foot 9 at the top of her ears. She appears Batezed save for her pointed ears and tail that grows from the base of her spine. Her hair is long silver. Her deep blue eyes having the distinct slpit oval pupil of a catian. She understands the need to keep appearances and keeps herself in great shape and while she understands the need for violence. She herself is a noted pacifist. Victoria normally keeps a small bundle of yarn on her is quite skilled at cats cradle.

Family and Background


Victoria was born on Cait to her Catian father and Betazed mother. In the Diplomatic wing of the Batezed embassy. Due to the nature of both parents being Diplomats her birth was seen as a strengthening of ties between the two worlds during a period where the Federation recession had forced races thats only common thread was the Federation to seek out new and stronger diplomatic ties. she was first assigned to the new spacestation being built near Trill. Where she assisted in the diplomatic meetings and coordination of the station being built between the Federation, Trill , and Andorian factions.



Victoria was privately tutored as her parents commonly traveled between different worlds on political missions. This upbringing gave Victoria a well versed view on the different cultures of different planets. When she turned 18 she entered the Federation at her parents behalf and upon graduation entered the diplomatic core, but also excelled at counseling due to her empathic abilities form her Batezed heritage.

Heinrich waved his scruffy brown hair out of his eyes and found himself in a 20th century style jail cell. Across from him was another cell, occupied by Trinity Frost. The only other entity in the room was a man in an all black starfleet uniform. He saw him shake his head. “Interesting…” the entity said. He had no idea what was going on. Just a few moments ago he was on set, now he’s in a cell. Though, in some way, it was really no different. He began to suspect that this entity had something to do with the simulation. He was somewhat exhilerated by this realization, but he was also overcome with shock. All he could manage was a feeble, “What?”
