The warp transport had arrived at Earth orbit about 2 hour ago and was going through inspection, That gave him time to pack up and prepare to go to the surface. He would reach out to Mr. Jopek and see if he needed an escort to Earth and to the site of the wedding.
He had an invitation, as he was part of T'Mur's staff, but didn't know more. This was the second wedding on the ship he'd been to. Hammons stag party had been interesting, if subdued.
Devers looked at the quarters and told himself when he left starfleet, he would try to get on as a crew for one of these ships. Pretty nice duty if you an get it.

The all clear signal had been sounded and crew and passengers were given the all clear to leave, Devers wandered over to Jopek's quarters and rang the bell. "Jopek, it is Hercules Devers we have arrived at Earth and it would be my honor to escort you to the site of the wedding There are arrangements made for guests already."
