understood
that not every day was going to be as exciting as it could be. In fact,
after
the efforts on the Sharlayan ship and Operation New Hope, some downtime
was
good.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">So, sitting on the command chair, he was busy
catching up on
work.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Reviewing the final reports
for

also had sent his recommendation that now Ensign Oda Berr be admitted to
the
MIT accelerated program, sending the work he had done for the reactor

paper, and with all expectations, Berr would be on his way to a degree.<span

in the

they grow on tree’s.”</p>

leave. </p>

2445.10.29. Chief
of operations and 3<sup>rd</sup> officer Lieutenant Gregory recording.<span
style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>We remain stationed around Vulcan
while the
Captain and CMO are assisting one of the crew get necessary medical
treatment.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>We are cycling crew
down to
Vulcan for some needed shore leave.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>The
Sharlayan operation was an all hands-on deck, and the crew has earned
some
downtime.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>On a personal note, I
would
have preferred Mars, but that is for another time.”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">“We have been taking on new crew and cadets to
fill billets
as current members rotate off.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Operations will be swamped with three new cadets.<span

Chifukukku and McFry initially.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>I
hope
to have one on one meetings with them in the next few days to assess

qualities, and how best to use them.”</p>
