HADESNRPG: New to us returning player.

Hey,
I want you all to give a warm welcome to Frank. He'll be returning to the
Freedom sim. He has the itch to write, and I'm going to oblige him. Super (
and I'm not under stating that part) creative writer who's coming on board
as a new Engineer given the Rank of Warrant Officer. He's got a unique
character concept, so I'm not going to spoil it for him.

His character will meet us on Starbase Freedom and join us as part of
routine crew transfers. While our senior officers are all being debriefed
about the mission we just had, we'll also be having a development furlough
while we discuss the up coming events for the next mission.

TLDR; Say hi to Frank, we'll get him rolling as soon as we can.
