HADESNRPG: Moving Forward

Greetings,

Just wanted to clear the air and put something out. I am aware we are
moving slower than most sims have done, and even than we have done in the
past. Our numbers are fairly small. As such when individuals can't post for
real world reasons that leaves holes that aren't easily filled due to the
small numbers we have still playing.  I don't want to insinuate that the
sim is more important than our lives and friends out in the real world,
because it's not. Those that remain also can't wait multiple weeks for
others to post holding up the story and any progress that could be made. We
also have multiple people still on the mailer that haven't posted in
months. In the past, there was a system in place, month by month of minimum
posts required to stay playing, get promoted, etc. I'd decided early in my
captaincy to lift those minimums in favor of not putting pressure on people
to choose between the sim and their actual lives. Feeling that if those
came into conflict it should be a given that your lives were chosen over
our little writing simulation. I don't want to close the door, but I can't
"heat the outside" as my dad used to say. So, beginning the end of February
and through March, individuals we have not heard from, I will take that as
a request to drop out of the sim and start removing emails from the
distribution list.

If you're still interested in writing, just start posting as your
character. If you need a set up to start posting. You can ask for one on
the NRPG, Discord or mail me directly, and I'll set one up for you.

If you've decided that you don't want to write anymore, you can ask me to
remove you from the mailers now, or wait until the end of the March and
I'll have you removed by then.

I don't want people to take this as an ultimatum, I just want to have the
emails going to the ones that are likely to post and stop filling inboxes
with emails that haven't been read.
