HADESNRPG: New Chief of Security

Greetings Officers of the Hades,

We're picking up a new Chief of Security, Al Muir is playing Lt. Cal Dogan
a Brikar. His main character is over on the Illuminar, but he's agreed to
come over and help us run the security department.

I want you to all give him a warm welcome. I'm sure he'll be a great asset
to the team.
Expect usual first posting to the ship posts to come through. Reporting to
the CO, getting a medical once over etc.
